If the Fee payment is delayed, an automatic late fee will be added in the mobile app.
Every student has to pay the Booking and Maintenance charge at the time of admission and Upfront payment as per your payment schedule at the time of move in. All the remaining payments can be paid on a monthly basis until you reach your total fee.
All the admissions in Serenity Hostels are for an Academic year as per the contract. No students are allowed to leave the hostel before completing the academic year contract.
No amount will be refunded once the booking is cancelled on any ground.
Yes, the Security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is refundable once you complete the academic year as per the contract and policy.
No one can move out unless the academic year ends or the total academic year fee is paid.
There are no cancellation charges, but if someone moves out before completing the academic year, they must pay the remaining amount as per the contract.
Refund will be issued in a cheque within 30-45 days of vacating.
No amount is refunded if there is any due or incompletion of the academic year contract.
Damages will be inspected by Wardens at the time of vacating and will be mentioned in the vacating form. If damage is made to the hostel property, it will be adjusted against the security deposit.
