General Terms & Conditions

  • Attendance Procedures: Attendance should be marked before the Curfew Time. If Resident is unable to make before the curfew time, he/she should apply for the Permission through Mobile App and should be approved by the Parents/Guardian.
  • Late night and Night out permission: Students who wish to take late night or a night out permission to request before the curfew time.
  • Alcohol / Drugs Smoking: Students shall not bring, take and/or drink any alcohol intoxicating drink, drug or substance of any kind whatsoever and/or smoke in the room and/or any part of premises. The same shall apply to visitors also. An occurrence of such behavior shall invite strict disciplinary action leading to rustication.
  • Hostel Property:If any common property is damaged or lost, the same shall be charged in equal shares to the students who are in common use of that property. Students shall not drive any pegs or nails into walls or stick posters on walls, windows and doors.
  • Dinning Hours

Breakfast – 6.00 AM to 10.30 AM
Lunch – 12.30 Pm to 2.30 Pm
Evening Snacks – 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM
Dinner – 7.30 Pm to 9.30 Pm
A. These timings shall be strictly followed by the hostellers.
B. The Student must inform their non-availability or night out to the Mess Supervisor well in advance.
C. If a student is sick. Prior inform by the student to the floor warden and medical certificate by should be given for serving food in the room.
D. Students are requested not to waste food. Outsiders/ guests are not allowed in the mess.

  • Couriers:Hostel authorities will only assist in collecting couriers and the same has to becollected by the students on the same day. Failing which Hostel management shall not be responsible for anyloss.
  • Wardens:The hostel wardens have all the rights to check the rooms, if required bags. Wardens are present 24/7 in the hostel permanently any emergency performing to health or any other matters should be informed immediately

Fees Rules:

  • Booking charges and security Deposit have to be paid at the time of booking
  • Advance rent has to be paid on or before the date of check in
  • Balance rent has to be paid as per the payment terms opted Monthly/quarterly / Half yearly or annually at the time of booking.
  • The hostel fees are charged for the whole year hence no adjustment will be made for holiday or vacation.
  • Charges for value added services payable for whole year / remaining period in that academic year and is non-refundable
  • Guest charges ( Only Parents are allowed) payable in advance as per tariff of the hostel
  • Room shifting from lower tariff to higher will be subject to additional charges as per the new tariff. However, no refund (advance rent or room rent) will be made for shifting from higher to lower tariff.
  • We collect monthly rent in advance before the 7th of every month./Quarter etc without fail and any dues after the said date shall attract 50 rupees fine per day and shall be adjusted in the security deposit.
  • Applicable taxes need to be paid extra
  • Hostel management takes admission for one full year with payment for all the 12months.
  • The hostel fee structure is divided into three parts:

A. Security deposit and one year maintenance fees.
B. Two month’s fees Advance which shall be directly and only be adjusted in the last two months of that Academic year
C. Monthly Rent for remaining months

  • The payment once done shall not be adjusted /transferred to any account or students in any given Time/ Reason whatsoever.
  • Mode of payments: Cash/Debit/Credit cards/online payments.

  • The Security Deposit will be refunded only if the inmate completes the stay with us for the whole academic year.
  • If any inmate wishes to vacate the hostel in between the year, for any reason no refund is made either partly of in full.
  • In inmate vacates after the completion of one academic year the refund of Security deposit will be made after deduction of any dues towards fees or amenities availed / loss or damage caused to property and furniture and fixtures, etc.,
  • The fee paid towards value added services or paid amenities shall not be refunded partly or in full
  • If inmates are rusticated on disciplinary ground no refund will be provided including the Security Deposit.
